Private Coaching for Men and Women Navigating Profound Grief
Â
Losing a spouse changes the structure of your world. You may still be functioning, showing up to work, responding to messages, and making decisions. From the outside, you appear composed. Internally, things can feel disoriented and unfamiliar. The future looks different than you expected, and ordinary moments can carry unexpected weight. People may assume you are moving forward, while part of you is still trying to process what happened.
Â
This space is for men and women who want real relief from the intensity of grief and guidance that helps them regain clarity, stability and direction.
Â
Â

Tricia, widowed at 52
Â
After the loss of my spouse, I found myself widowed at 52 years old. My world felt shattered. The grief was overwhelming, and while I knew I wanted to heal, I didn’t know what “healing well” looked like. I didn’t want to simply survive—I wanted to move forward in a way that honored my love, my loss, and my life in a meaningful way.
Â
Working with Francine changed everything.
Â
One of the greatest gifts she gave me was sharing her own grief journey. Knowing she truly understood—not just professionally, but personally—made me feel seen and less alone in my darkest moments. Her compassion, patience, and authenticity created a safe space where I could face my pain without fear or judgment.
Â
She didn’t rush my healing or try to “fix” my grief. She helped me process it, grow through it, and ultimately transform it. Because of her guidance, I am learning how to turn my pain into purpose and my test into a testimony.
Â
I can honestly say she helped save my life. Today, I carry hope where there was once only heartbreak. I am deeply grateful for her wisdom, her vulnerability, and the steady light she continues to hold for me while I find my own. With all my heart, thank you Francine
